Smart Home: Available to new residential customers subscribing to Smart Home Video and Automation at the same address as current eligible Bell Internet customers or new eligible Bell Internet customers if Internet is activated within 30 days of the Smart Home installation. TV: The Fibe TV Box and Cloud PVR are only included with continued subscription to a Good, Better or Best 3-service bundle or a Good, Better or Best 2-service bundle. The Fibe TV Box and Cloud PVR are not offered with a Starter 2- or 3-service bundle or a Good 3-service bundle. TV equipment is rented, must be returned to Bell upon deactivation and may be new or refurbished at Bell’s choice.
Internet: Speed experienced on the Internet may vary with your technical configuration, Internet traffic, server, your environment, simultaneous use of IPTV (if applicable) and other factors. Modem must be returned upon deactivation. When connected to Wi-Fi, most devices today can reach speeds between 150 and 350 Mbps. The actual speed will depend on each device’s technical capabilities as well as the number of devices connected at the same time. A wired connection and at least one additional wired or wireless connection are required to obtain total download speed. Maximum upload speed can only be obtained on a wired connection.
