The 4K Whole Home PVR is only included with continued subscription to a Better or Best Bundle. With the Good bundle or the Starter TV package, the 4K Whole Home PVR is not offered. The receiver remains Bell’s property. The receiver must be returned to Bell upon deactivation. Receivers may be new or refurbished at Bell’s choice.
